Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Resolutions Inc. currently accepts Highmark BCBS, United Behavioral Health/Optum, Cigna, UMR, PEAK, Aetna Better Health of WV, and other insurance providers. We are listed in network, so you can check your own policy to see if visits to us are covered for you.

Rates

Cash rates are based on an initial intake and a 50-minute session for individuals. Contact us for current rates based on counselor certification.​
