For Host Organizations

Interested in Hosting a Part-Time Resolutions Counselor On-Site?

Resolutions Counseling, Inc. partners with churches, ministries, schools, non-profits, and community organizations that desire to expand access to professional, faith-informed counseling in their local community. Through an on-site partnership, a host organization can become a trusted point of care in the community while Resolutions provides the licensed counselor, clinical structure, scheduling systems, documentation, supervision, and professional oversight.

This model is especially meaningful for churches and non-profits serving rural communities, underserved populations, ministry families, students, parents, and individuals who may benefit from counseling that is both clinically responsible and thoughtfully faith-integrated.

We create a mutual partnership between Resolutions and the host organization benefit all parties involved. Together, the goal is simple: to place qualified counselors closer to the people who need care, while honoring the mission, leadership, and values of the host organization. This model also allows churches, ministries, and non-profits to make meaningful use of appropriate office space that may otherwise sit unused during the work week.

Ideal Host Organizations:

A strong on-site partner may be a church, ministry, school, non-profit, or community organization that can provide:

  • A private and appropriate counseling space

  • Reliable WiFi and basic office access

  • A shared desire to serve the emotional, relational, spiritual, and mental-health needs of the community

  • Respect for the distinction between pastoral/ministry care and licensed professional counseling

  • A willingness to help create awareness through appropriate referrals, communication, and community trust-building

How It Works

Resolutions Counseling provides the licensed counselor, clinical systems, scheduling process, client documentation, supervision, and professional practice oversight.

The host organization provides a trusted local setting where counseling can occur on a part-time basis. Most partnerships begin with limited on-site hours as community need, referral patterns, and long-term sustainability are assessed.

Each partnership is explored individually based on location, available space, mission alignment, referral needs, clinician availability, and sustainability.
