What I Do at Resolutions

I provide care and support for individuals, couples, and families facing challenges including life transitions, relational concerns, and common mental health issues. I have a particular interest in working with adolescents and families, and work to help families grow and move toward healthier and more fulfilling lives. I am passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges and discover hope, healing, and purpose.

Working With Me

I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, supported, and valued as individuals. I believe each person has unique strengths, resilience, and the capacity for growth. My hope is to meet clients where they are and walk alongside them as they navigate life's challenges, discover their strengths, and move toward healing and personal growth.

Outside of Resolutions

Outside of Resolutions, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and friends. I value building meaningful relationships and enjoy connecting with others over a cup of coffee or through shared experiences. I enjoy walking, biking, traveling, spending time at the beach, especially on Hilton Head Island, and participating in a variety of fitness activities. I also enjoy home decorating projects and learning about health, wellness, and personal growth.
