What I Do at Resolutions
I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed or stuck in any number of life situations, helping you move toward clarity, stability, and intentional living. My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transition, identity and purpose concerns, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, addiction, and communication difficulties. I'm committed to helping clients find healing, direction, and purpose. When desired, I incorporate a Christian worldview to support exploration of faith, identity, and meaning within the counseling process.
Working With Me
My therapeutic style is relational and collaborative. I aim to create a safe, honest, and supportive space where you feel both understood and appropriately challenged to grow. I use evidence-based practices integrated with person-centered and strengths-based approaches. When we work together, my focus is to help you build insight, strengthen your coping skills, and lean into empowered decision-making.
Outside of Resolutions
Outside of my clinical work I love to engage in creative pastimes, such as writing and playing music. I value a life rooted in authenticity, reflection, and purpose, and try to build my life's rhythms around those values.
