What I Do at Resolutions
I offer spiritually-grounded support for individuals, couples, and families facing seasons of major change and transition, whether vocational, relational, or otherwise. My areas of focus include grief and bereavement (including loss of a spouse, child, or parent), anxiety, occupational and compassion fatigue, and relational dynamics (premarital, marital, and parent–adult child relationships). I provide support, guidance, and encouragement, with an emphasis on helping you develop a secure sense of identity and freedom in Christ.
Working With Me
My goal in working with you is to support you and build you up so that you can get to a place where you are able to confidently believe in yourself. I focus on personal growth, spiritual formation, and identity, helping you as you figure out who you are in your current season of life. I am driven by a deep desire to walk alongside others in their journey, especially because I understand what it feels like to navigate difficult seasons alone. Wherever you are in your personal journey, I'm ready to meet you there.
Outside of Resolutions
Beyond working with Resolutions, I am the Co-Founder of Anchored Vision LLP, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals through personal growth and life transitions. In addition to my professional work, I am also the author of Worthy All Along: Letters to My Younger Self, a faith-centered book focused on identity, healing, and personal transformation.
