What I Do at Resolutions

I provide counseling services to individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I specialize in working with those experiencing adjustment-related stress, attachment concerns, and feeling emotionally overwhelmed. I help clients develop insight, coping skills, and a stronger sense of stability using an approach that integrates evidence-based practices with a compassionate, client-centered framework. I often incorporate faith-based perspectives when desired by the client.

Working With Me

Working with me is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in authenticity. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard and understood, not judged. I balance gentle challenges with encouragement, helping clients explore patterns, build self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change. Our sessions together move at your pace. Whether you need it to be a time of processing deeply, learning practical tools, or simply a place to be honest and supported, we'll work together to get you where you want to go. My goal is for clients to leave feeling both heard and equipped.

Outside of Resolutions

I value time spent with family, in community, and with my faith community. I enjoy activities that take me outdoors and I’m passionate about continued growth, both personally and professionally. My life outside the office informs my work by keeping me grounded, present, and connected to what matters most.
