What I Do at Resolutions
As the owner and leader of Resolutions, I run a practice committed to a uniquely psychological, theological, and spiritual approach within the context of modern mental health treatment. As a counselor, I seek to create a counseling experience that is both clinically grounded and spiritually meaningful. My areas of focus include anxiety and depression, life transitions, identity and leadership development, adolescent and at-risk populations, and faith-integrated counseling. I work with adults, adolescents, and leaders to help you move from feeling stuck to experiencing clarity and forward momentum.
Working With Me
My approach is attentive and forward-moving. Working with me is collaborative, as we use clinical insight and spiritual formation practices to help you understand underlying patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and take practical steps toward meaningful change. I can also incorporate holistic approaches, such as ecotherapy, exercise, and contemplative practices, which recognize the role of the environment, movement, embodiment, and rhythm in overall wellbeing. I am particularly passionate about helping "stuck" people find clarity, direction, and renewed purpose.
Outside of Resolutions
Beyond my clinical work, I enjoy keynote speaking, organizational consulting, leadership workshops, and working with law enforcement and first responders. My lifestyle fun centers on endurance and mountain biking, as well as investing time in teaching, writing, and developing resources that help people engage life—and faith—with clarity and purpose.
