What I Do at Resolutions

I work with teens, college students, individuals, and couples dealing with any number of struggles that impact daily life, such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, attachment, grief/loss, and communication. I aim to give clients the tools they need to face and ultimately move through these challenges, both in their relationships with others and in their own lives.

Working With Me

When you work with me, I try to foster a sincere atmosphere that is personal, compassionate, and, when appropriate, light-hearted. My approach is directive, helping you work toward your goals. Often, I give my clients tangible skills and tools to implement between sessions, helping our work in the office carry over into your daily life. When working with me, you can expect to do hard and good work each session while finding humor and joy amid the challenge. I want to use the skills God has given me to serve others, and I aim to bring that attitude of service into every session.

Outside of Resolutions

I love window-shopping and exploring new places to dine and drink coffee. At home, I enjoy playing the piano, gardening, reading, and DIY projects, especially refinishing furniture!
